How does it work?
DC VA Homes will run an comprehensive market
analysis to give you the big picture in your area. With DC VA Homes, you'll
always be making informed decisions - you're never in the dark. We will assist
you in pricing your home so it doesn't stay on the market for a very long time
and at the same time ensuring you get the most out of your sale.
The Process:
1. First we'll need you to send us the following information:
- Full Name
- Address of the property
- Contact Information
- Selling Price (If you already know)
- Details about the home
- Number of Bedrooms (which level? main/lower/upper)
- Number of Bathrooms (which level?)
- Number of Garages
- Basement features (i.e.: walk-out, burried, finished, etc.)
- HOA Fee (if any)
- Description of the home that you want to have on your MLS listing
- Showing instructions
- Special features (jacuzzi jetted tub, back to woods, patio, landscaped yard, 3 car garage, etc.)
- Pictures (If you already have pictures you want posted on your MLS listing please email us your pictures based on your photo option)
2. Your DC VA Homes Real Estate Consultant will run a comprehensive market analysis to price your home.
3. We prepare all paperwork necessary to get your home listed on the MLS and take a picture of your home. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for your home to be listed on the MLS upon receipt of your signed Flat Fee MLS Listing Agreement.
4 . We will personally install the sign and the lockbox on your home within 24-48 hours.
5 . Once you receive an offer, you will need to contact DC VA Homes to update your listing and we will then provide you with all the necessary paperwork and assist you in completing them in order to facilitate the sale of your home.
6 . There are no commissions owed for any buyer without a buyer's agent who purchases your home. The seller has the right to sell the home to anyone without owing a commission unless otherwise the purchaser has an agent.
